Right now there is no inbox, no web form, no phone line, no chat and no social profile to message. Nothing is tucked away behind a link either — none of it exists. An unread inbox, or a form that silently drops what you type, would be worse than admitting this.
Once a way to reach us is set up, you will find it on this page. We are not attaching a date to that.
Questions people usually bring
The answers are already published elsewhere on the site.
- “How is this figure calculated?” — See the methodology, then the formulas on the mathematics page.
- “Is the model any good?” — The accuracy page shows the sample, the misses, and the measures we are holding back for now.
- “Why is my team’s next match missing?” — Usually the competition is not one we cover, or kick-off is still too far away. Every covered competition is listed on the competitions page, and a match page goes live at most 7 days ahead.
- “A saved page has disappeared.” — Match pages are retired 365 days after full time. For everything currently live, use the site index.
- “Should I treat this as betting advice?” — No. Our terms state it outright, and the responsible gambling page explains why that matters.
