Terms of use
These terms apply whenever you use TipsterGrid (the “Site”). Using the Site means you agree to them; if you do not agree, please leave.
1. Information only
All content on the Site — probabilities, statistics, tables and the words that explain them — is provided as general information and for entertainment. It is not advice of any professional kind — not on betting, money, investments or the law. Nothing here tells you to place a bet, and nothing here guarantees a result.
2. Accuracy is not guaranteed
Our predictions are model estimates built on data that is never perfect. Football is unpredictable, so some forecasts will miss; that is how probabilities work, not a fault in them. The Site is supplied “as is”, without any warranty that predictions, prices, statistics or other content are accurate, complete, current or available. A price shown reflects the best one we captured at our most recent update, and it may have moved since.
3. Who may use the Site
Because the Site deals with gambling, it is meant only for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age that applies where you live. Checking that gambling is lawful where you are is your responsibility. The Site does not target places where such content is prohibited and should not be used in them.
4. Bookmaker links and our income
Some links on the Site are affiliate links to bookmakers. Clicking one takes you through a redirect we run and on to a separate company; should you open an account there, we may receive a payment. We have no control over those companies. Those companies alone answer for their odds, rules, offers, identity checks and conduct; any account or wager you have with them concerns only you and them. We never take deposits, hold money or place bets for anyone.
5. Fair use
Reading, linking and quoting with credit are all fine. You may not harvest or reproduce it in bulk, pass it off as your own work, label our figures as coming from some other model, or use the Site in any way that disrupts it or spoils it for other visitors.
6. Ownership of content and data
The model, writing, design and presentation of the Site are owned by its operator. The underlying sports data (fixtures, results, statistics, odds) comes from outside providers, whose own rights and licence terms continue to apply to it. Names of clubs and competitions, and any trade marks shown, belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.
7. Uptime and updates
The Site consists of static pages regenerated on a timetable. At any moment it may be offline, missing pieces or behind the latest events, and pages can be added, edited or taken down without warning. Match pages especially run on a moving window and are withdrawn once they drop out of it.
8. Liability
As far as the law permits, the operator of the Site accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from using or relying on the Site or anything published on it. That covers gambling losses, missed profits, and any loss caused by a prediction, price or statistic that turns out to be wrong, outdated or missing.
9. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms. Whatever version appears on this page is the one in force, and carrying on using the Site after a revision counts as accepting it.
You will notice there is no governing law or court named above. Naming one would claim a jurisdiction that this site states nowhere else, and we will not put something on this page that we have not committed to elsewhere.
